BRINE is the newest of Nancy Batista-Caswell’s inventive restaurant concepts. With BRINE, her hometown retains the buzz from two exciting eateries that she’s brought to New England through picturesque Newburyport.
BRINE’s sleek, stainless and Carrera marble bar, industrial lighting and ample galvanized furnishings make the fresh fish and butchered meats the stars of the show. Drop by to chose from a daily smorgasbord of Ceviche, Crudo — fresh Bivalves, Tartare, Sashimi, Carpaccio — Cotton, Brandade, and Espumas in addition to select prime cuts and butchered chops. Carpet Baggers, Daily Dock specials and Po’boys will round out a menu of Italian and Spanish influences.
Fans of our sister restaurant Ceia will find operational and culinary fluidity between these two hometown Caswell Restaurant Group establishments. Cheers!
