Service Captain

Qualified applicants will be passionate about food and service and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a Server in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant.


Extensive knowledge of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company specifications including crafted and classic cocktails, beer and wine. Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit.

Server Assistant

A server assistant is a restaurant employee who assists food servers in providing prompt and polite service to their guests. Server assistants are responsible for the preparation of tables for their arriving guests at the same time to help deliver food to tables when the food servers are busy.

Line Cook

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in casual fine dining and own their own knives. They will be capable of using a variety of cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.

Oyster Shucker

Shucking fresh oysters to order. Setting up and breaking down the raw bar. Maintaining a clean and organized station. Prepping other raw bar dishes such as crudos. Applicants will be required to be knowledgeable on selections of the day in order to speak about  them to guests is inquired.
