We are hiring for the following positions below. Lunch and Dinner shifts, both full and part time.
Extensive knowledge of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company specifications including crafted and classic cocktails, beer and wine. Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit.
Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in casual fine dining and own their own knives. They will be capable of using a variety of cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Applicants must be experienced with the ability to handle high volume quickly and efficiently, shucking fresh oysters to order. Main duties will include setting up and breaking down the entirety of the raw bar while maintaining a clean and organized station throughout their shift. Shuckers will be required to be hygienic, professional, friendly and knowledgeable of daily selections in order to engage with guests who sit directly in front of them.
