Applicants must be experienced with the ability to handle high volume quickly and efficiently, shucking fresh oysters to order. Main duties will include setting up and breaking down the entirety of the raw bar while maintaining a clean and organized station throughout their shift. Shuckers will be required to be hygienic, professional, friendly and knowledgeable of daily selections in order to engage with guests who sit directly in front of them.

Ideal candidates will need to have a great personality, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy service environment. Hospitality experience is preferred, and a passion for great food, drinks, and guest service is always a plus.
